This small Stockbridge cottage was carefully torn down and the existing foundation used to build this cute as a pin two story home. The home is efficient in design and construction. The first floor open plan is light filled and comfortable. The send floor is a master suite with office area.

Woodlands make over
This Otis retreat received a well needed face lift! We added, renovated, and replaced. The structure on this house was in need of some upgrades, the living room was extended and the kitchen expanded. The master suite was enlarged and a full bathroom with a huge beautiful tiled shower was added. The screen porch completed using all cedar is magnificent!
