A client who we built a home for 2 years ago in Sandisfield has requested our help with their latest building project - in COSTA RICA!!! We were flattered and excited when approached.  We will be part of the building team and assist in planning, design, budget review, and contract negotiations.  The team, architect/builder/CBS/owner, will all meet in February to get things moving.  Upon our return we will post some more photos and details.

The existing house is a dated 60's style ranch in the very affluent area of Kings Point.  Our team consists of Architect Peter Nessfield, General Contractor Peter Avedon and Project Manager's CBS, LLC.  Our plan is to tear down the existing house and build a new 8000 sqft home to blend with the neighborhood and allow modern elegant living for the owner's.  The exterior will be all cast stone, fabulously landscaped, and designed to maximize passive solar gains.  The interior will be simply elegant - curved iron staircase in entry, gourmet kitchen, a master suite fit for a king and queen, home theatre and much much more!  Construction to start in April 2012.
