This 900 sq./ft. lake cottage is nestled in the woods on a quiet street in one of the most desired beach communities in the Berkshires. With a whole lot of paint, some man power, and creative thinking this lake house turned out even more amazing than we could have imagined!

The Bowl

Modern farm house on the outlet of the Stockbridge Bowl, designed and built by CBS.  The existing cottage was removed and the new home designed to sit on the exact foot print.
